How can you add and delete icons from the first page on safari?

Go to the bookmarks and tap on favorites. You can then swipe to the left to reveal the delete button. Tap the delete button and the icon will be gone. To add icons, tap the edit button, then tap new folder and enter the URL of the new icon into the text box.
