iOS 6.1 vs 6.1x?

Would rather ask this dumb question first to take precautions, just in case I get forced to restore to 6.1.3.

If the notes about a Cydia tweak says that it can only be downloaded on iOS 6.1x, does that only mean that it is applicable only for iOS 6.1.1 and 6.1.2? Not iOS 6.1 right?

6.1.3 is not jailbreakable unless you're on a pre-A5 device for a tethered jailbreak using RedSn0w and the iOS 6.0 IPSW. As long as there isn't a major update, the tweaks will work. As long as it says iOS 6 it'll work since iOS 6.0.1-6.1.3 are all hotfixes to the original 6.0
