AppsCenter is a widget for your iOS 5 Notification Cetner that will give you access to all of your applications on your device. You have a 1x1 row of all of your apps that you can simple slide through to find the one you need. If you don't want all of your apps on there, you have the choice of putting just the ones you'd like to have quick access to. You can even arrange your apps and choose to have 4-5 icons per page. Pretty sweet for a free tweak. You can find AppsCenter in Cydia under the Big Boss Repo.
