IOS 5 keeps saying I need to make sure your network is connected an timeout

Well pretty much I explained the problem in the title and really need some help it is driving me mad!!! I don't know what to do but I want the update very badly!

I had the same network timeout issue and was able to solve it with a few tips, check out my post on how - IOS 5 Network Timeout - Apple OS 5 Download Error, let me know if this doesn't solve the issue for you.
