iOS 5 help

I have an iPhone 4 running ios5b3 an iTunes 10.5b3. I also have a iPhone 3GS running ios4.3.3. I had them synced to the same computer and now that I updated to ios5 I can't sync the 3GS and there is a update for the 3GS. How do I update without losing all my data an all

I really have no clue. But if there is a small chance that you can get another computer, then you are good to upgrade your 3GS.
