One of my favorite tweaks was just updated with iOS 5 support. Barrel, a tweak which will animate transitions on your iOS Springboard just received an update along with new transitions. This update includes Pac-Man and Merry-Go-Round which both look awesome. The tweak comes with watt more then just those two and is definitely worth the $2.99 price tag. You can find Barrel under the Big Boss repo in the Cydia Store.
