In app purchases

I saw a news story about how some free apps find ways to sell you upgrades and add ins.
Story said to turn off "In app purchase". Can't find where to do this

Anyone know how to do this??

Going off memory... I belive it's in Settings>iTunes... there's a toggle for turning on/off In App Purchases.
