Ok for some reason my iMessages are acting stupid and taking longer to send and it's not suppose to do that.. I turn it off and restarted my phone... So what else can I do??

I would say try signing out and signing back in .. Of yur imessage account .

Sign in to your iMessage account? Are you supposed to have an account for iMessage, because I don't even see where I would sign in?

go to settings> Messages/ there you have the option to add or to remove your apps store iTunes account to allow iMessage. Same for face time, but you need to go to settings> phone/ to add your account for FaceTime.

I guess I did all that when I upgraded because I don't have those options.

Ok guys it's back at it again.. Not wanting to send

Uhh . Or maybe restore yur phone . From itunes . That should work . If it doesnt . Take it back to an apple store or yur carrier store
