Icloud contact

I came to merge all my contact in icloud with the genius man at the app store but now i tried to see my contact and i have none... I go on icloud.com and all of them are there. How can i bring back my contact from icloud to my iphone 4s ? I realy dont want to erease all of them onicloud and on my device

Settings -> iCloud -> contacts. Turn the switch next to contacts to on and they'll pull in to the phone.
