i cal synch

I upgraded to IoS5 and like the fact I can FINALLY synch my Ical on laptop and phone!

NOW.. I am in the process of also doing that for my girl.. I IMAGINE she will also need LION? as she is 10.6. something..
THEN.. can we somehow set our icals to synch TOGETHER?

You'll have to create a Google calendar for both of yourselves. Then each of you can access the others Google calendar from within iCal on your phone or your computer. To my knowledge there's no way to create an iCal calendar on your computer that she can then see on hers unless she has your access credentials. And even then you couldn't see them mixed together in the same iCal window.

Google calendar is for sure the very best way to do what you're looking to do. It's very easy to set up.

Thanks. Back to google. I guess I just THOUGHT iCal/apple would have worked this out by now. I guess I wish we could just LOSE the iCal app and put a better GoogleCal app. There instead!!
