I am a new user to this site

Hello,

I am new to this site and have only been an Iphone 4 owner for about a month. I'm still in the learning phase with many of the features. However, I have a simple, generic question that I'm wondering if anyone could answer for me. I was just sold the Dexim P-flip Foldable Power dock to be used with my Iphone 4. However, it doesn't seem to be charging (or doing anything). Does anyone know if this particular docking station is compatible with the Iphone 4?

It should be but the iPhone is really picky about having the correct voltage before it charges. I have had a few solar chargers that don't work either... Is it completely charged?
