Huge problem! iPhone isnt ringing?! HELP PLEASE

Last night my iPhone received a couple of calls and i couldnt answer them because everytime someone call me the iPhone doesnt ring. In the screen when someone is calling me appears a small black box in the upper left saying "call silence" - How do I turn this shi* off?

Check the switcher at the left side of your phone, the side where you have the volume keys, position back the switcher to ring mode.

I actually solved my own issue.
Profile Manager was causing this stupid event.
Uninstalled Profile Manager and everything was back to normal..

ahhh yes, i had profile manager installed on my device also and it was resetting my screen brightness automatically all the time, i end up removing it from my phone.
