HTC Animated Weather - Are There Settings To Set Updating Weather Intervals?

I have HTC Animated Weather on my jailbroken Home Screen. The time works but the weather doesn't update unless I re-spring the iPhone.

Is any one here familiar with the HTC Animated Weather theme that could shed some light on how to get it to update the weather at least daily?
