How to use wireless charger for iPhone?!

Hey ,guys,i 've been puzzled by kind of wireless chargerhttp://www.tinydeal.com/wireless-px1m8hi-p-101715.html case for iPhone. The first moment i saw it ,i treat it as a wifi gadget,but after seaching for some information about it ,i found that

magnetic position system made sense ,which guide the device into perfect position for optimal charging​

?!i have little knowledge about the so-called system ,but a bit interested in the charger,so have some of you once known of and used it ,did it really biring much convenience to us compared to normal charger?Any answers appreciated.

I have used both the Powermat version and currently use the Willy Willy case purchased off Ebay. The main advantage of the Willy Willy is it is also is a battery case.
I personally like them for the convenience, but know in advance that your phone will charge somewhat slower when using a wireless charger. You could buy a used one on Ebay to try it out without spending a lot and they do seem to be a bit less expensive now compared to when they first came out.
