How to Set custom tone as message tone?

Hi Guys

I just want to know how can i put my own tone as message tone? please help me i am new using iphone 4s and also why i can't play any movie on my phone every time i tried to open i cant see the movies but if i check at i tunes the movies are there tell me how or what i'm going to do ok thanks

Go into iTunes and choose a song u want.

Click on it and choose make AAC version.

Move it to your desktop on your mac/PC

Rename it as m4r and ensure its 30 seconds long.

Delete the copy in iTunes.

Shut down iTunes.

Click on the song on your desktop to play it and it should appear in the tones section.

Sync your iPhone.

Or use zedge

Or buy them from the app store
