How to remove region/country code from incomming messages/calls

I'm living in iran and just bought an iphone, it shows +98 for most of incomming calls and messages; it makes a problem, let's see; for example, I saved such number for contact, 0912xxxxxxx and iphone doea not recognize +98 912xxxxxx as saved contact name, how can i solve this problem?
