How to enable widgets?

Hey guys,
I find everyone using their widgets and custom notification center widgets and these two things are what I love about Android!!!
Anyways...how do you guys implement e widgets? I am jail broken on my iPad Mini but idk what to use for the widgets? I figure it has to be an app like winterboard for themes.

nc settings
dashboard X
Lockinfo

I use iWidgets it's really easy to use, you just do a long-hold anywhere on a blank space of the springboard to configure the widgets for that page.

iWidgets is only for springboard widgets, you would need something like Dashboard X for NC widgets.
