How do I see my iCloud-files?

Can anyone help me out with iCloud? I have 50 GB iCloud space and I do continuous updates to it, I have according to the information on iCloud drive and in the settings used less than half of them. When I check the app (iCloud Drive) this is very clear but there are no files (see the "0") there to find, when I try to log in to www.icloud.com to see if i can find them there there is no way to do anything but: "set up icloud", "find my iphone" or open "find my friends". What do I do? Where do I go? I obviously have a backup but the files are supposed to be seen and found...bur how?

Use a browser on a computer to login to iCloud, and use the website address you posted above.
iDevices automatically show the site in your screenshot. It's possible to request the desktop site, but it's not working flawlessly on iPad and iPhone.
