As in the topic, in iOS 6 you would double click the home button, hold on an app, then could clean out the recently used apps in your list.

How do I do this with iOS 7?

I posted this here simply because there was no group for iOS 7 questions..... Oddly.

I've moved your post to the iOS Forum, where it will receive more attention.

To delete apps from the Multi-tasking bar in iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the page above the icon for the app you wish to close. $image-2391583006.jpg

If they're apps you frequent, leave them as is. It's more battery demanding to start an app up than to keep it running in the background. Make sure you turn off Background App Refresh or it'll drain regardless of whether its running in the background or not.

Thanks folks. This was really helpful.
