Hiw to change where the backups are stored on my PC

Looking at my iTunes and back-up options I'm unable to change this.

Until now all my back-ups were stored into drive C however this drive is getting full, so I'd like to store all my future backups in another partition of my PC's HDD.

Where to start, thanks.

Its unbelievable apple did not provide any better solution for this simple issue.
