Apple has announced an event for October 13th where the new iPhone models with 5G capability are expected to be announced.

Me too, I'm eager to see whats going to be on table and to see if the rumours of new styling etc are accurate.
Yes yes thinking many will be true... Going from the sample cases I've seen
If there are flat sides on the new iPhones it will go back to the iPhone 4 and 5 series of iPhones.
Exactly but thinking might be a little different in look... Looking forward..
 
What a pity there won't be an audience though ....

I know what you mean. I bought a new MacBook Pro in March and did not get the extension cord that has been standard for years. It’s now a $25.00 extra.

Apple's excuse is that we all have cables earphones and chargers and they're helping to cut down waste ........... Of course they are!!!
Saving money more like and I doubt it's reflected in the prices.

I had to buy a longer cable for my new iPad Pro because they've changed the connection and my old extension didn't fit.
