Hi karan, welcome to iPF. If the 4S you have was bought in China... are you able to use it w/ your Sim card in Malaysia?

try to post a a screenshot of the iPhone home page, do it by pressing the power ON/OFF and the home buttons at the same time, you will find the screenshot in your camera roll, upload it here so i can have a close look at it. Since the iPhone is in chinese i guess that's why you don't know how to navigate inside and change the language. I will post some screenshots and you will just have to follow the positions of the icons on my screenshots to change the iPhone language.

look for an icon like this on your home screen and tap on it:

look for an icon like this in settings and tap on it:

scroll a bit down to see where 4 settings menus are grouped together, tap on the 3rd one:

The first setting menu on that window is the language menu, tap on it and select English from the list:

Thank You for the invite Mr.iJeff

Karan... unfortunately, the pictures you have posted are of a fake iPhone. Sorry.. :-( With that, there's not a whole lot of help we can provide.

As others have stated, the phone is not genuine.
Unfortunately there is a lot of people out there very willing to take your hard earned cash.
