Hi friends iTunes can't sync apps to my iPhone 4S please help me and i went to alot of sites but they are didn't help me

Need more info. What is happening? Versions of iTunes and iOS? Stock or JB?

connect your hone itunes should start, now look in the apps menu and download all purchases

It's last version of iTunes on my computer when i Syncing apps to my iPhone when the syncing is completed there is a message comming on my iPhone screen that ("FILE NAME" syncing failed)

Are you running short of space on the iPhone? That could be one reason.
Also, if an app has been updated your phone OS might not be capable of running the update.

That's about all I can think of right now.
