Disappointed with my new iPhone, not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but when I play music it is not as loud as it was on my 3GS, I set volume limit to off in settings.

I find mine to be louder.... I would make sure your Ipod volume control is turned up too. Also that no case or other thing is covering the speaker. (speaker has been moved to the Right side) So some acc have the open area for the speaker on the wrong side.
