hi im new to this site i have a few questions my iphone 3gs has 4.2.1 and im too dumb to jail break it i have a windows 7 hp laptop and everytime i download the firmware i cant access it n it doesn show the lego lookin block on my desktop it shows a weird folder and also when i hit browse on redsn0w it wont let me click the firmware any tips or tutorials on how to fix this annoying dilemma pleaseee n thank you

Better to download it direct from apple here...
