Here's a curious thing....

I dont know why i haven't noticed this before but the contact list arrived at by clicking on the 'all contacts' icon on my home screen is different than the list of contacts that appears when i click on the 'phone' icon. I would have thought they'd be the same.

Is there an easy way to merge the two lists so that they're both the same and both contain all contacts?

The contacts list in the all contacts list contains all the contacts in the contacts list in the phone app plus the contacts that don't have phone numbers, just email addresses or website addresses. The lists can't be merged as a contact with no phone number would be of no use in making a phone call.

Hmmm. I think mine are the same as both show a contact I have an email address for but no phone number. But I can not recall doing anything to make this occur.

I may have found it. I noticed a toggle under Contacts, in Settings that I never saw before. "Contacts found in email".
