These just look like normal analytical data. Are you having problems with the phone?

Check your Settingss>Privacy & Security>Analytics & Improvements. It is possibly toggled on. If so, not a problem, just your phone reporting to Apple diagnostic info. Scroll down and see what’s toggled on. Its how Apple figures out what to improve as well as what help your phone needs if you need service.
