Help!!

I did a backup ( I was set to iCloud) and then I Jail broke my 4S with no problems. I installed a couple of apps then my phone synced after I plugged in to iTunes. After the synch, I lost cydia icon. When I tried to jail break it again I was told it was already jail broken. I went to restore, but the backup time stamp is later then when I thought I did my backup
What to do??
