Help with Maps

Hey Everyone! Brand new to this site and also to iPhone.
I have recently purchased my very first iPhone (4S) making the move from Droid.
My first question is: Does the 4S offer voice instructions with the Maps feature?

Nope. I don't know if the new version of maps will do this but the version that's out now sucks.
