Help stuck on Itunes

I got my phone but it didnt come with USB cable but ran a hard reset anyways. How do i bypass this without USB cable? Is there anything on emergency screen or to dial to bypass itunes?

If it's stuck in Recovery Loop you must restore it.

I have no USB cable just cord to wall to iphone. can i do anything in emergency call screen?

I dont mean to ask but do you think you can ask around or if you know of someone that has an extra USB for PC to iphone cable. I dont need the cube just cable. ATT doesnt have full internet to connect to itunes and do a new phone restore or radio shack.
