Have you tried going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings? It may not work, but it won't hurt.

Try a hard reset if you haven't already. Now, reset your router and see if that helps. :)

reset my router twice, done several hard resets, reset my network settings again, one thing i noticed is that when i go to the box where you type in the password the cursor, well the cursor is about 4mm away from the word "password",Justin says is should be right next to the word, any thoughts?

Does your iPhone work with any other WiFi routers, or is it a general problem no matter which router you try?

considering backing up in itunes and going back to default settings, anyone think that will work?

It might, but no guarantees. If it doesn't work, it may be time to think about a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple Store.
