Help My Iphone 4 is locked and Zoomed in so i can only see the slide to open when i do it brings me to the password I need a video because o think I'm doing it wrong iv seen people use sort of a scrolling but i cant for some reason.

I wonder if he used the 3 finger zoom feature ? OP, try tapping the screen with 3 fingers, it might unzoom your screen and allow you to access your apps

Zoom in or out: Double-tap the screen with three fingers. By default, the screen is magnified 200 percent. If you manually change the magnification by using the tap- and-drag gesture, iPhone automatically returns to that magnification when you zoom in by double-tapping with three fingers.
