HELP! Iphone4 wont turn on at all!!

Iphone 4 vzm... Tried to charging and it won't turn on, even i click n hold on the power button still won't turn on.. Even I tried to hold the power and home buttons same time for 30 seconds and still won't turn on.. Any idea how to fix it.. Let me know...Thanks!!
