Help!! Iphone 4 silent and volume buttons broken, phone doest ring!!

Ok ppl, i have an iphone
4, few does ago i noticed that it doesnot ring.. I figured out that my silent switch is working, it was broken during the silent mode most probably, So what do i do now? I need an on -screen alternative to get my phone out of the silent mode, please help!!
P.s speakers are fine. ( But there is no ringtone/message tone)

You can go into your settings but it wont help, all it does is turn on or off the vibrate when someone calls you meaning the option is for it to vibrate and ring at the same time.

The phone only vibrates during the incoming call or text. There is no ringtone or
Message tone. It is kind of stuck in the silent mode because the silent button was damaged while phone was on silent mode. Is there any app or cydia related thing which can help me bring the ringtone and message tone back.?

New to the iPhone 4 got mine yesterday and it also is stuck in the silent mode. Nothing I do will take it off the silent mode any help would be great
