I just bought the iphone 4, i have previously been a droid user. the phone is great, but a couple of questions

any way to get notifications of new email on gmail

how do i sync my gmail calendar

i downloaded a ringtone creator and the snippet i have is now on itunes
how do i assign it to contacts on itunes?

i'm sure i'll have more but thats it for now

When you get an email with gmail you can have it notify you, I turned the audible notify off but when I get an email it vibrates and then shows the number of unread mails on the icon.

In the settings where you set up your email, you can choose to sync your gmail calendar, contacts etc. Works great

If you have a look in your Contacts on your phone and click Edit on one of them, you'll be able to see where you can assign one of your ringtones to a specific user.
