green dot pixel on my iphone 4s!! help!

There are green dot on my iphone display and also when i am using my iphone camera! please help me with this problem!

no, that dint help me ...even in the camera mode there are round green flickering like dots! i guess it a hardware problem!

When it comes to dead pixels, it's almost always a hardware issue, especially if it's more than a few pixels. If you're under warranty, it'll be covered. If not, you'll need to invest in a new LCD, preferably OEM to avoid similar issues.
