I got the Verizon iPhone recently and purchased a case for it. Upon receiving my order, there was a little scratch and I thought I ask for a replacement. I contacted Cretouch where I purchased my case, and they gave me a quick replacement after sending a photo of the condition of the case. Of course, I had to send in the product; however, after providing a proof of receipt for the return package, all was set to go. I thought that was pretty good customer service.
