Google Synced Calender sends reminders in middle of night

For my service department, I set up a google calander that is linked to everyone's phones for showing them where they're going the next day. For whatever reason, the iPhones all have their alerts just before midnight each night, letting them know where they are going and all of the droids have the same alerts go off at approximately 7:30. My guys with the iPhones are a little irritated with this, but I can't find how to fix it.
