Google Music + Mazda3 Bluetooth?

Alright, this is a pretty obscure question, but I posted in a Mazda forum and they didn't have any idea so I'll take a shot here. I have a 2010 Mazda 3 s Grand Touring with bluetooth. I can sync my iPhone to the bluetooth and stream music just fine through the stock iPod app, but if I try to stream music through Google Music I get an error. This seems strange to me because the Bluetooth streaming should theoretically be able to stream any audio output coming from the phone(this is the way it works on my dad's 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe).

Anyone have any ideas on what I might be able to do to get this working? I keep most of my music library on Google so this is a real pain!

*UPDATE* installed an app called "gMusic" from the app store which integrates Google Music into the stock iPod controls and it works perfect now!
