Gladhand is a great looking theme and an interesting one at that. Although icons that aren't included in the package aren't spectacular, you can think of a way to make your iDevice look great. All icons are themed, but the ones that were made by the author look great. Unique, interesting, and makes them look a little medieval. Not much changes other than your icons and background but I believe it is still worth the price. Check out Gladhander in Cydia.
