Did Apple mention the full retail price of the iPhone 4 today? I haven't seen it mentioned yet?

No they did not. And I am very interested in that number as well. But if I was going to hazard a guess: $599 (16GB) , $699 (32GB), $750 (64GB).

Well taking Verizon's full retail pricing for the iPhone 4 in to consideration i would say that the 16GB will be $649, the 32GB will be $749 and the 64GB will be $849.

yes,its on the Apple site,its open to any network and you can use as pay as ugo or sim only or contract,good pricing from Apple,i rang Apple just to check last night.
