From the Mac Address Book contacts to Iphone4S ??

Hello nice people,
I am running Mac OS X version 10.5.8.
I have all my telephone contacts on my computers Mac address book.
How may I tranfer my contacts form my computers Mac Address Book to my Apple Iphone 4S?

You should be able to do that thru iTunes. Unfornately I am not at home to see what setting you need to toggle in iTunes under OSX to make it happen, but I have seen it. Just take a quick look at all the sync settings.

Hi there open iTunes and click on the info tab than you should see sync options one of them is for your address book.
