Find a deleted app

I need to know how to find an app that was completely deleted. Yes this was completely deleted on purpose and I’m trying to find out what it was. I’ve checked update apps, purchased apps, hidden apps. I believe everything i possibly know. Thanks.

While you can't delete apps from from your purchase history, you can hide them. If you remember the title of the app you can search for it in the app store unless its been removed. In your case, unless you still have the app on another device, you won't be able to find it if you don't know the name or it's been removed from the app store.
