Failed to fetch errors

Deleted repo666.ultrasn0w.com because of errors when loading Cydia. Do I need to reinstall on Iphone 5 6.1.2 or can I leave 4 other default sources only?

The UltraSn0w repo in general is just there for those that're looking for UltraSn0w. UltraSn0w Fixers themselves I think were removed a little while back and are only available on 3rd party repos. It's not a crucial repo. The major repos should be left intact, and if they ever have fetching or refreshing errors, just remove, respring/reboot, reinstall via the Cydia main page's "More Sources" and it should be fixed.
