My family operates three 16gb 5c IPhones on ATT, and whenever we FaceTime with our daughter at college, we have connection problems. After 15 minutes or longer of problem-free use, we start experiencing frequent interruptions, often with re-connection, or rarely, a total loss of connection.
Does anyone have any ideas if this might be a carrier or a phone issue? The college is in Vermont and we are in New York State, so might geography play a part? We are using a strong wi-fi connection over Verizon FIOS lines here, so I suspect the college may have issues at their end.
Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.
