Hello please guide suppose I send request someone he did not accept now I undo my request, after undo if I made any changes in my profile pix can he notice.

No. If you undo a friend request that hasn’t been accepted yet, it disappears without any notification and can not be seen anymore by none of you, which means that he will not notice any change made to your profile, or, precisely speaking, will not get any notification about that.
