There's a Facebook client called Friendly+. I use it quite a bit. You can have multiple accounts and color themes. The paid version has ad blocker. It's actually pretty nice.does using the app makes your phones battery drain faster? I use the app on sarfri.
So do iYou close it by double clicking the iPhone home button, then swiping up on the Facebook app. As for me, I access Facebook on my iPhone from Safari and do not use the app. That has kept Facebook from being a drain on my iPhone battery.
App doesn't seem to battery drain for me ...I have it to manually update when I go into it ...
Well, that's a different problem. You shouldn't have to manually update. I only use the Safari access because when I use the app it insists on me also having their messenger app and the latter annoys me. I have the Safari site bookmarked and saved on my desktop. But when I used the FB app, I never had to update it as you do.

That why I use it in the computer setting, on my iPhone, rather than using the app. And I don't allow it to use Background Refresh, ever. So I guess I do not understand what you mean by manually update but no matter.
