Error 3194

How do i get rid of an error 3194.
I have itunes 10.6
And ios 5.1 installed
It keeps going in recovery mode and doesnt let me restore
Someone must know what to do

Trying to uninstall itunes, and the Apple Mobile Device Support and Apple Application Support at the same time, then install the itunes again.
