I was wondering if all use the stock mail app for email.
I have gmail and hotmail accounts and think that the mail app that is native in ios is quite poor (even using some tweaks).
Can you advise me another app at app store?

I have been using the stock email app for 342 days with 6 accounts loaded at all times and I always curious why people seem to think the app isn't that good.

I also have 2 Hotmail accounts and one Gmail account, all using the stock app. Works very well. The only thing I don't understand is the "Exchange" option (capability) in the Mail Settings. I "think" my Gmail was initially set up using this "Exchange" thing, but haven't figured that out yet. But since all works so well, I'm not worried.

To anyone.... what is this "Exchange" in the settings? Is this a "Microsoft Exchange" function, or an Apple, or a Google product. Any advantages to using it?

I use the gmail app most of the time. I like that you can add attachments directly from the email. It is just more like the gmail you would see on your computer.
