DVD Scanner to CSV file

Hi Folks, proud new owner of an iPhone 4, company couldn't swing getting a 4s, but that's beside the point
I also like a doofus deleted a database I had made back in 2001 that contained all the dvd's I've purchased, groan!!! so now I either have to type it all in again, but with the iPhone, might be able to find a good app that can scan the bar code and create a file that I can then email to myself to populate a database with the information. I saw a few on there, tried a couple but didn't seem that good, hoping that someone on here is as much a movie knut as I am and can recommend an app that will handle that type of request and then I'll start scanning the 700 + movies I own.

I just downloaded an app called My Movies, and it seems to work pretty slick, full of details and very easy to barcode scan the movie holder, plus it can email both csv and txt files so I can import back into my database so I can print out listings at home. G2
